Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card.Returns after 30 days are not accepted and will not result in a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange an item for a new one, please note that exchanges are processed as a return and a subsequent shipment. You will receive a credit issued back to your original credit card for the item(s) you are returning, and then charged separately for the exchange when it ships. You will have to pay the shipping fees for any returns, except in the following two cases:

We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise. In all other cases, you pay for return shipping. Most items at klynn.com can be returned if they are in good condition, with the original tags attached. For hygienic reasons, briefs, panties, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
Yes, you may return an item purchased online at any K-Lynn store in Lebanon within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. We cannot offer refunds at K-Lynn stores for items purchased online.
